Job Description

The role holders are responsible to support and handle in the establishment of agency recruitment teams, agent hiring and collate relevant information of new agents and support necessary administrative tasks of agency team based in Yangon, Mandalay, Taunggyi, Mawlamyine, Bago.

 

RESPONSIBILITES:

  • Answer incoming calls; taking messages and re-directing calls as required and deal with email enquiries.
  • Take minutes and diary management, arrange appointments, book meeting rooms and conference facilities.
  • Data entry (sales figures, property listings etc.)
  • General office management such as ordering stationary
  • Organize travel and accommodation for staff
  • Possibly maintain the company social media accounts
  • Provide administration support to Sales Reps, Recruitment and S&P team and Senior Management
  • Recruitment Data Handling (IA application Data, Contract and AMS agent data etc.….)
  • Arrange both recruitment internal and external events

Job Requirements

Job Requirement:

  • A bachelor's degree holder specialized in Administration or another related field.
  • Possess 1-2 years of relevant working experience.

  • Good command in spoken and written English and Burmese
