-Handle daily cash reports and manage cash allocation and approval for payables and general ledger transactions.
-Handle cash withdrawals and deposit at the bank as required, ensuring secure handling of funds.
-Monitor paid and payable balances to vendors to ensure correct and timely settlements.
-Check payment vouchers with all supporting documents and ensure accurate recording in the ERP software.
-Perform regularly verify and reconcile inventory balances recorded in ERP software with actual warehouse stock.
-Record sales returns and prepare corresponding credit notes in accordance with company policy.
-Reconcile general ledger accounts on a monthly basis to ensure accuracy and completeness of financial records.
-Prepare and submit monthly financial statements and management reports to the Chief Accountant.
-Assist in preparing and organizing documentation required for internal and external audits.
-Monitor and verify customer payment records in the accounting system.
-Support the continuous improvement of accounting systems and processes.

-Bachelor’s degree in any discipline is required.
-CPA or ACCA candidates are highly preferred; LCCI Level (III) is the minimum requirement.
-Minimum 5 years of accounting experience, with at least 2 years in a senior or supervisory role.
-Strong knowledge of accounting principles and financial reporting standards.
-Solid understanding of payable, receivable, cash management, and inventory control.
-Proficient in using ERP systems and advanced Excel skills.
-Ability to handle multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
-Excellent organizational and time management skills.
-Strong interpersonal and communication skills for collaboration with internal teams and external auditors.
-High level of integrity and confidentiality in handling financial data.
