• Troubleshoot End-users’ problems, encounters, find out End-users’ needs.
• Proactively train applications systems to end-users.
• Coordinate in internal evaluation and analyzing operations, activities related to development, implementation, and maintenance of information systems.
• Find out ad-hoc problem-solving ways and consequences.
• Support in preparing documentations, procedure, manuals, standards, checklists, guides, helpdesk supports for IT Application systems including data, process, and business flow of system.
• Trace and report problems of application systems including Off-the- Shelf to departmental manager.
• Exercise daily operations according to strategic plans and roadmaps.
• If needed, provide solutions, suggestions, and insight to upper management.
• Prepare documentations, procedure, manuals, standards, checklists, guides, helpdesk supports for IT Application & Infrastructure systems including data, process, and business flow of system to comply to ISO 9001:2015 Quality Guidelines to ensure IT department pass the ISO Audits without any compliance issues.
• Any other duties and responsibilities as assigned from time to time.

• At least 2 years of working experience in Related Industry
• Any Graduate with Diploma and Certificate from IT industry
• Proper knowledge of Accounting and Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) system
• Good knowledge in Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC)
• Good knowledge of Database Management System (DBMS)
• Good knowledge of Business Operations and Accounting Rules
• Good Troubleshooting
• Good Communication skills, Good problem-solving skills
• Positive-attitude, self-motivated and work ethics
• Good English communication skill
• Can be able to work minimum supervision.
• Intermediate development skill and knowledge.
