Job Summary 

The Station Manager oversees daily operations at a branch, leading a team of 10 ~ 20 employees. Responsibilities include ensuring adherence to operational guidelines, achieving targets, managing assets, and improving efficiency. The role requires strong communication skills and the ability to report effectively.

Job Descriptions:

•  Manage a Station (Branch) operation unit - around 10 ~ 20 people
•  Perform according to the operational procedures and guidelines
•  Perform to achieve operational and organizational targets and goals
•  Manage overall daily operational functions
•  Monitor and improve the station performance
•  Understand and improve station productivity and efficiency
•  Act as effective communication center for inter-operational functions
•  Manage station assets and properties properly
•  Communicate and report effectively in timely manner.

• Bachelor's degree in any field
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in operational management
• Basic proficiency in English
• Proficiency in computer usage, internet, and email
• Intermediate-level proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
• Sound knowledge of Yangon's geographical area
• Ability to work with timelines and proper planning
• Effective leadership and management skills for branch operations
• Knowledge of logistics operations is an advantage
• Adaptability to a dynamic working environment is highly valued
