The role of Student Affairs is a customer-service role that represents the first point of contact for students, staff and visitors, assisting with all aspects of administrative support for school programs.
Every day, welcome the students with a smile upon your face • Ensures the reception area is tidy at all times and support as needed. • Ensure safety of students and support as needed to the students.Request student email address from IT department and inform to school internal app’ In-charge such as Class-JoJo etc.Answering phone calls for giving answer and transfer to sales and marketing team in timely mannerFill student record at internal database and always daily update to the database
