Job Description
Position Title: Student Services Officer
Department: Commercial Team (Supporting Role)
Location: Yangon, Myanmar
Salary: Starting from 600,000 MMK per month (based on experience and qualifications)
Summary (Read This First)
The Student Services Officer is a supporting role in Elevate’s commercial team. This position is focused on handling applications, visa processes, student inquiries, and follow-ups to ensure smooth operations for both students and counselors.
This is not a counseling role — the officer works behind the scenes to support counselors and students with administrative and documentation tasks. Only after gaining 2–3 years of experience may the candidate be considered for counseling responsibilities.

Key Responsibilities

Handle student university applications to Thailand, Singapore, and Malaysia, ensuring accuracy and timely submission.

Prepare and check visa application documents with zero errors.

Assist in arranging student accommodation and related logistics.

Support counselors by managing administrative tasks, forms, and student follow-ups.

Handle student inquiries and respond professionally through calls, messages, or in-person communication.

Monitor messages and respond on behalf of counselors when they are unavailable.

Ensure all student documentation is accurate, complete, and aligned with Elevate’s standards.

Be available to assist during urgent cases, even outside of working hours or weekends, if required.

Travel for work when necessary (e.g., education events or fairs in other regions).

Perform additional tasks as assigned, depending on business needs.
