-Infrastructure Management: Administering and maintaining essential IT infrastructure including physical and virtual servers (Windows and Linux-based), storage, and Active Directory.

-Virtualization Management: Designing, deploying, and supporting virtualization platforms like VMware ESXi/vSphere and Microsoft Hyper-V to ensure system availability and reliability.

-Monitoring and Troubleshooting: Performing daily system monitoring, reviewing logs, and providing L2/L3 support to troubleshoot and resolve hardware, software, and network issues.

-Backup and Disaster Recovery: Implementing and maintaining backup and redundancy strategies, performing regular audits, and participating in disaster recovery planning and testing.

-Security and Updates: Applying security patches, updates, and managing system security protocols.

-Documentation and Collaboration: Maintaining accurate documentation for configurations and procedures, and collaborating with cross-functional teams (network, storage, application teams) and vendors.

-Education: A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, or a related field Certificate.

-Experience: Generally requires 2+ years of relevant professional experience

-Technical Expertise:

-Strong knowledge of Windows Server and/or Linux/UNIX operating systems.

-Hands-on experience with virtualization technologies (VMware, Hyper-V, Azure VMs).

-Familiarity with server and storage hardware (HP, Dell, EMC, Inspur).

-Knowledge of backup software (Veritas Backup Exec, Acronis) and monitoring tools (Zabbix, PRTG).

-Basic understanding of networking principles (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, firewalls).

-willing to study new Technologies of system and virtualization environment. 

-Soft Skills: Strong problem-solving abilities, good communication skills, a proactive attitude, and the ability to work under pressure and in a team environment.
