Job Description

A Big Opportunity for ...

  • Welcome customers and understand vehicle problems or service requests.

  • Create service bookings and schedule maintenance appointments.

  • Prepare job cards, service quotations and invoices.

  • Coordinate with technicians and workshop team for vehicle inspection and repair.

  • Follow up with customers regarding vehicle maintenance, service status and repair progress.

  • Handle customer complaints and provide appropriate solutions.

  • Assist customers with insurance claims and service-related documentation.

  • Maintain customer database and service records.

  • Ensure high customer satisfaction and service quality.

  • Report service activities to Service Manager / Supervisor.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Automotive Technology, Electrical Engineering or related field.

  • At least 2–3 years experience in automotive service / automobile repair field (Freshers with strong knowledge may also apply).

  • Strong knowledge of automotive systems, vehicle maintenance and spare parts.

  • Good customer service and communication skills.

  • Ability to communicate effectively with customers, technicians and management.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).

  • Must have valid driving license (Auto / Manual).

  • Good organizational and problem-solving skills.

  • Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple tasks.
