  • Established IT skill development plan
  • Infra Capacity Planning
  • Troubleshooting for (Windows, Linux) Server & VMware Esxi issue
  • Optimizing network hardware and software to enable VMware integration
  • Domain setup and domain account configuration
  • Printer sharing, scanner driver installation, antivirus installation and standard installation
  • Developing and deploying customized VMware solutions
  • Defining multiple virtual servers on a single host machine
  • Involve for technical discussion
  • Co-ordinate with all internal and external team
  • Good command of end-user support (hardware, software, system) & end user awareness training
  • Administrator the IT infrastructure and provide operational support for the organization’s information data systems and storage
  • Willing to travel

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in computer science, information technology, or similar
  • Great organizational, time management, and problem- solving skills
  • Availability to resolve urgent VMware environment problems outside of business hours
  • Availability to resolve urgent Storage and Backup
  • Have Microsoft Window Server experience
  • Have Linux Server experience
  • Ability to work under pressure.
  • Collaboration skills
