Job Description
• Report to the customer and leader about project progress and quality
• To understand external design document and prepare internal design document
• To understand internal design document and execute coding
• To understand testing point of view, and prepare testing item document
• To handle bug report and testing based on the testing item document

Job Requirements

- Basic Requirements
• Knowledge on Java Foundation and Java Web Application Development or .Net or PHP or C#
• Strong interest in system developing, and ability of difficult problems solving
• Willing to take challenge, and work with team actively
• Excellent interpersonal skill, written and oral communication skill
• Want to learn Japanese Language
• System development experience in IT field for 1-3 years
• Prefer Japanese Level N3 and above

- Optional Requirements
• It’s better having the Project Experience in Spring or Struts, jQuery, HTML/CSS, SQL
• Good communication skill in English, and Japanese as a plus
