Job Description

An Exciting Opportunity for ...

  • Oversee new user registration, verification and timely delivery of tap cards
  • Observe and assist when necessary to the customers in daily online reservation
  • Perform the fleet control and management based on vehicle reservations and utilization
  • Coordinate the preventative maintenance, servicing and repairs of the fleet
  • Handle customer complaints and resolve the issues while satisfying good results on both sides
  • Checking the damage reports, fuel claims, lost & found, and other related issues on the system
  • Support the Call Center Agents including but not limited to in call answering, email replying and customer service when needed
  • Support the team in administrative tasks

Job Requirements

  • Minimum a high school certificate
  • Hands on experience with customer service
  • An ability to work under time-pressure
  • Technology savvy with solid knowledge in MS Office
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Able to communicate in both English and Burmese
  • Systematic and strong organization skills
  • Able to work independently with flexible work schedule
