What we expected from Tax Associate for the following duties and responsibilities;

Stamp Duty Service
Commercial Tax (Quarterly / Annual Report Submission)
Income Tax (Quarterly / Annual Report Submission) and withholding tax
Assist in reviewing all contracts which are compliance or not
Knowledge sharing of legal tax update (to all stakeholders)
Contract date
Names of parties and registration number
Tax payer number
Names and job titles of Signing persons
Certificate of Completion
Dealing with tax officer (form 2, 31 requesting, advance tax payments, returns, etc.)
Communicate directly with customers and suppliers to comply tax (form 2 and form 31 impact)
Document controls (Keeping all documents including agreements, orders from internal and external, resolutions, office notes, approval letters, etc.)

Job Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Law, Finance, Business Management, or a related field.
Good knowledge of local laws, regulations, policies, procedures and practices that pertain to F&A.
1 - 3 years of experience in an accounting, corporate tax, or compliance support role.
Must have the experience dealing with government tax office.
Analytical skill with attention to detail.
Oral and written communication skills.
Risk management skill
Workable under pressure
Problem Solving Skill
Able to work at Ahlone Township.
