Job Description

  • Provide technical support and after-sales service for American Standard products.

  • Respond to customer inquiries, service requests, and technical issues in a timely manner.

  • Coordinate with service technicians and internal teams to resolve customer issues.

  • Follow up on service cases to ensure customer satisfaction.

  • Assist customers with product usage, troubleshooting, and maintenance guidance.

  • Prepare service reports and maintain proper documentation.

  • Coordinate with suppliers or technical teams when necessary for product-related issues.

  • Support the sales team with product technical knowledge and after-sales information.

  • Maintain good relationships with customers and ensure service quality standards.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Technical, or related field.

  • Minimum 1–2 years of experience in technical service, after-sales support, or related field (fresh graduates with technical background may also apply).

  • Basic technical knowledge of plumbing, sanitary ware, or related products is an advantage.

  • Good communication and problem-solving skills.

  • Basic computer skills (Microsoft Office, email communication).

  • Customer service mindset and ability to handle service requests professionally.

  • Able to travel for service visits if required.
