Job Description

Market Expansion

  • Develop and manage retail/dealer networks in the assigned territory.

Team Management

  • Lead and motivate sales representatives and promoters; provide regular training.

Channel Relations

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key partners and shop owners.

Data Analysis

  • Analyze sales reports and market trends to optimize inventory and sell-out.

Competitor Monitoring

  • Stay updated on competitor activities and suggest counter-strategies.

Brand Visibility

  • Ensure premium in-store display and POSM execution per vivo standards.

Job Requirements

Education

  • Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business, or related fields. (Must have completed full degree program) 

Work Experience

  • 2–5 years of sales management experience (Smartphone/FMCG preferred).

Professional

  • Proficient in MS Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables) and Powerpoint.

Language

  • Fluent in Burmese; Good command of English or Chinese is a plus.

Business Travel

  • Ability to travel frequently within the assigned region.

Requirement

  • Result-oriented, strong leadership, and able to work under pressure.
