Job Description

A Good Opportunity for ..

Plan, create, shoot, edit, and publish TikTok content aligned with the JO-EI Soju brand and marketing plans.
Manage the entire video production process independently, including filming, appearing on camera, and/or providing voice-over narration.
Edit videos using CapCut or similar video editing software.
Stay up to date with the latest TikTok trends, platform updates, and viral content, and creatively adapt them to fit the brand.
Complete the monthly content plan within the assigned timeline while maintaining high-quality standards.
Collaborate with the Marketing team to develop creative ideas and execute marketing campaigns.

Job Requirements

Must be at least 21 years old.
Confident and comfortable speaking and presenting in front of the camera.
Presentable appearance or a unique and engaging on-camera personality.
Strong understanding of TikTok's algorithm, content distribution, trending content, and platform updates, with the ability to apply these insights to content strategy.
Able to independently develop content ideas, shoot videos, and edit content (self-shooting and editing).
Proficient in filming videos using both smartphones and cameras.
Proficient in CapCut or similar video editing applications.
Minimum one (1) year of experience as a Social Media Content Creator or TikTok Content Creator.
Experience managing a TikTok Business Account will be considered an advantage
Preferred Qualifications
Knowledge of TikTok Analytics and the ability to analyze content performance.
Creative mindset with the ability to transform trends into engaging brand-focused content.
Strong time management skills and the ability to meet deadlines.
Good communication and teamwork skills.
