  • Support Account Managers in handling client accounts and projects
  • Assist in client communication, meetings, and follow-ups
  • Prepare proposals, quotations, timelines, and reports
  • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth project execution
  • Track project progress and update clients when needed
  • Handle basic client requests, feedback, and revisions
  • Maintain proper documentation and records
  • Assist in on-ground event or campaign coordination when required

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field
  • Fresh graduates are welcome (experience is a plus)
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills
  • Well-organized, detail-oriented, and willing to learn
  • Able to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks
  • Positive attitude and team player
  • Basic knowledge of MS Office / Google Workspace
  • Interest in events, marketing, or advertising industry
