• Create and manage TikTok content & monthly content plan• Research and adapt TikTok trends, sounds, challenges, memes & hashtags• Develop creative and engaging short-form video content• Shoot and edit TikTok videos• Manage TikTok account, captions, hashtags & comments• Collaborate with TikTok Creators / KOLs• Monitor content performance and improve future content based on results

• 2 years of experience in TikTok / Short-form Video Content• Strong understanding of TikTok trends & Myanmar youth audience• Creative thinking & good storytelling skills• Good video shooting and editing skills• Proficient in CapCut / Premiere Pro / VN or similar tools• Active TikTok user with a good understanding of viral content.
