Job Description

An Exciting Opportunity for ...

  • Design customized travel itineraries, including transportation, accommodation, sightseeing, and activities.
  • Coordinate with hotels, airlines, transport companies, and local guides to ensure smooth tour arrangements.
  • Inform clients about visa requirements, travel insurance, safety regulations, and cultural expectations.
  • Handle customer reservations, deposits, invoicing, and maintain accurate booking records.
  • Offer assistance to travelers throughout the tour and handle issues such as cancellations, changes, or emergencies.
  • Market tour packages through social media, email, and client follow-up to increase bookings and ensure repeat business.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Tourism, Hospitality, Business Administration, or a related field (preferred).
  • Minimum 1–2 years of experience in the travel and tour industry.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication in English (additional languages are a plus).
  • Strong interpersonal skills to deal with clients and suppliers.
  • Knowledge of travel booking systems and tools is an advantage.
  • Strong time management and multitasking abilities.
  • Capable of handling multiple bookings, schedules, and follow-ups.
  • Willingness to work outside of normal hours during tours or emergencies.
  • Friendly, professional, and helpful approach when dealing with clients.
  • Able to remain calm and solution-focused under pressure.
  • Must possess a valid passport and be ready for overseas travel.
