Job Description

A Great Opportunity for ...

  • Plan, execute and review all marketing campaigns for assigned area
  • Plan, own and champion local area marketing activities
  • Develop robust knowledge of all product lines/services and act as a brand ambassador for the company’s brands
  • Produce & place various literature, signage, merchandise, and other POSMs to be used at assigned area’s outlets and events
  • Maintain relationships with distributors, outlets and other venues within assigned area
  • Negotiate with retailers and other partners on promotional display and merchandise placement
  • Promote business expansion opportunities to retailers and other merchants through successful field marketing programs
  • Monitor industry trends and competitor activities
  • Report weekly/monthly on the status of field marketing activities
  • Document and share lead/customer intelligence with sales team.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in business studies, marketing, communications or other related fields
  • At least 2 years’ experience in marketing, those from event agency background would be an advantage
  • Good communication and people skills
  • Able to communicate well in both Myanmar and English
  • Enjoys going out and meeting new people, particularly at places with alcohol sales
  • Able to work independently and have good organizational skills
  • Self-motivated and flexible to the nature of the work
