Job Description

A Big Opportunity for ...

  • Support implementation of marketing plans/activities
  • Execute tasks to support implementation of marketing plans/programs/activities as directed by marketing manager
  • Complete assigned tasks for effective, branded marketing communications including the social media platform, print communication, and advertising
  • Assist with the coordination of promotional campaigns, PR and other marketing efforts across channels (digital, press etc.)
  • Collect data for measurement and reporting of performance of marketing campaigns against KPIs
  • Support market research and report findings to marketing
  • Compile and report financial information for Budget review and reporting monthly
  • Coordinate with internal and external parties in relation to the procurement and production of marketing material (e.g., POSM, brochures, signage) and other promotional items
  • Coordinate with Sampling team, Sales team and warehouse team on materials allocation and distribution to respective branch office and sales teams
  • Work closely with sampling team and employees in other functions such as advertising, market research, production, sales and distribution
  • Compile reports on competitive activity based on reports received from sales team and other personnel
  • Produce reports highlighting key insights and trends on website traffic, advertising ROI, customer demographic, and competitors
  • Support other data collection, business reporting and ad hoc tasks as directed by marketing manager

Job Requirements

  • Confident to work with numbers

  • Any graduate, preferably Marketing Certificate/Diploma/Degree holder

  • At least 2 years of experience in brand marketing field, preferably experience in FMCG or F&B industry

  • Has experience in PR, written communication, digital content development, market research, product packaging, POSM and other aspects of marketing

  • Competent with using MS office programs, especially EXCEL, WORDS and PowerPoint

  • Strong communication and team management skills

  • Analytical skills with a problem-solving attitude

  • Adaptability and Creativity
