Key Responsibilities:1. Develop trade marketing strategy and budget in line with overall Branding and marketing strategy.2. Plan, develop and execute national wide trade marketing and customer engagement activities including development of point-of-sales (POS) materials and promotions.3. Work closely with S&D team to ensure trade marketing strategies and activities are aligned with overall sales and revenue targets.4. Work closely with regional marketing & S&D teams to plan, develop targeted regional / local trade marketing and customer engagement campaigns to promote sales and drive customer uptake.5. Work closely with product team to plan and design product launch and promotion activities.6. Flawlessly execute of all trade marketing and customer engagements activities.

Job Requirements
Bachelor or Master Degree in Business Management, Economics, Marketing or related field. At least more than three to five years of relevant experience with trade marketing and customerengagement preferably Telecommunication. Strong knowledge of retail in Myanmar or other emerging market. Strong project management skills.
