Conduct in-house and in-store training sessions for sales teams and promoters on MI products and features
Support new product launches with hands-on training and demonstrations
Prepare training materials, manuals, and quick guides tailored to product updates
Regularly visit retail outlets to coach frontline staff and monitor training effectiveness
Evaluate training outcomes and report performance improvement needs
Collaborate with Product and Marketing teams for up-to-date training content
Assist in organizing product experience activities, exhibitions, and events
Provide competitor product analysis and equip staff with differentiating sales points

Job Requirements
University-level education
Minimum 2 years of experience in electronic sales, training, or promoter supervision (preferably mobile/electronics)
Strong presentation & communication skills
Good knowledge of smartphones and consumer electronics
Proficient in PowerPoint, Excel, and Word
Willing to travel regionally if needed
