Job Requirements

Any Graduate or bachelor’s degree in business or related field. MBA preferred.
Minimum of 5 years of experience in sales, sales management, or a sales training role in the FMCG/ Alcohol Beverages or related products.
Proven track record of designing and implementing effective sales training programs.
Excellent in computer skills (Word, Excel & PowerPoint)
Exceptional communication and presentation skills.
Strong leadership abilities and a collaborative mindset.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
Passion for sales and continuous improvement.
Energetic, approachable, and able to motivate team members.
Adaptability to changing business needs and emerging industry trends
Willing to travel and training trip.
Holder of Driving License
