Job Description

A Big Opportunity for ...

Overall responsibility for Assistant Training & Development Manager is:

  • Training Plan and Organizing training courses for total Sales at back office
  • Training material building for Sales Team (including translation to Myanmar)
  • Sales Support: logistics, reporting, progress tracking, award design and announcement
  • A) Training Plan and Organizing

  • (With Manager) define skills gap, and plan training courses needed for the whole Sales community.
  • Engage with key speakers/ trainers (internal) for training courses.
  • Organize and facilitate the training courses as scheduled.
  • B) Training material building for Sales Team

  • Material preparation and translation
    • For salesmen: Basic Call procedure/ Product Knowledge
    • For BM/SA/Sup: TDOM (Territory Distributor Operation Management)/ Sales Fundamental
  • (With manager) build new training materials for NEW key audiences in Myanmar.
    • Branch Manager
    • Distributor owner and Manager
    • Sales Admin
  • Facilitation for specific training: ROI/ HR Management (Interview)...
  • ) Sales Support:

  • Logistics: SO/DO process
  • Reporting: training report, progress monitor, support field’s sales to consolidate training progress by AT&DM by distributor
  • Design and announcement: for training program and training award
  • (With manager) Budget building for yearly training plan
  •  

    D) Budget management

  • Manage Training Budget
  • Manage Team Building Budget
  • Manage T&E Budget
  •  

    E) Branch Operation Support

    Work together with BM for

  • Territory/Outlets Management
  • Route Planning
  • WH SOP, Inventory Control and Branch level Audit procedure
  • Systems (DMS/SAP) Training and Correct usage
  • Day to Day Sales Operation
  • Classroom training (according to Training Module and Plan)
  • On the Job training with SR (Sales & Sales Operation/ Delivery/ AR collection)
  • POSM allocation and Outlet Activation
  • Reporting
  • Communication

Job Requirements

  • Graduate with Minimum 3 years’ experience in Distributors’ Management
  • And Minimum 3 years plus exp in Training & Develpoment Manager role .
  • Minimum more than 1 years’ experience in team Management
  • Able to do long business travel.
  • Passion to develop people.
  • Passion in Developing people skill.
  • Good English (written – speaking)
  • Need to be Proactive.
  • Good in Pressure handling
  • Good in Interpersonal skill
  • Other working skills (e.g., design with Photoshop, Excel, PowerPoint, Myanmar font typing
