• Perform process opening, reactivation and closure of accounts in the T24 system
• Undertake loan application creation with prospect number in the system
• Collect and prepare loan application for approval and for approval and rejection based on the decision of Risk Officer and Branch Manager
• Create Customer Information File (CIF) for approved loan application with the loan application ID
• Record Compulsory Group Training (CGT) status update
• Create group for non-individual type customers and tag all group members CFI to the group in the UT NET system (web based)
• Update Group Recognition Test (GRT) status along with the score in the system
• Mandatory saving accounts and loan account creation in the UT NET system
• Create loan account number, input the data and save the record in the system
• Loan contract agreement creation
• Prepare to print repayment schedule and disbursement advice from the system
• Pay and receive loan disbursement/repayment collection from and to Loan Officers
• Check and verify all documents submitted by Loan Officers and update and record in the system
• Properly keep and maintain books of account of program and operating expense
• Properly and safely maintain and file customers register, group forming record, daily loan disbursement and loan collection record, and petty cash register
• Update all the accounts and record / file by consolidating all expenses

• University Degree in any discipline (most preferred in Computer, IT, Business Management and Accounting studies)
• Banking and microfinance related work experience is essential
• Experience in the banking industry will be added an advantage
• Strong analytical judgment in respect of credit matters, and ability to form an overview
• At least 2 year experiences in microfinance and banking sectors
• Good working knowledge of credit modelling techniques
• High commitment and willingness to take responsibility and handle several assignments
• Able to be strong and hard working under pressure
• Excellent computer knowledge in Microsoft applications and banking software preferred
