Financial Planning & Analysis

• Assist in preparing monthly, quarterly and annual financial reports and presentations for internal stakeholders
• Support budgeting and forecasting processes in collaboration with cross-functional teams.
• Monitor budget vs actual performance and assist in variance analysis
• Perform ad-hoc financial analysis to support business decisions including profitability, cost control and revenue optimization.

Supply Chain Analysis

• Analyze supply chain cost drivers, including logistics, procurement and inventory holding costs.
• Assist the supervisor in evaluating cost efficiency and assessing the financial impact of operational changes through collaboration with supply chain teams.

Commercial Analysis

• Analyze sales performance and customer profitability across channels and regions.
• Support commercial teams with data-driven insights to improve revenue and margin performance.
• Assist in market and competitor analysis to support strategic planning and commercial decision-making.
• Work with commercial departments to validate and consolidate data for reporting and dashboards.

Data & Reporting

• Collect, clean and validate financial and operational data from various departments.
• Maintain and update Power BI dashboards to provide real-time insights for decision-makers.
• Ensure data accuracy and consistency across reports and models.

• 1 to 3 years of experience in finance, accounting or related roles, internship or coursework in FP&A or corporate finance are a plus.
• Finance, Accounting and Audit background professional certificates including ACCA/CIMA/CPA
• Strong Excel skills including basic financial modeling and data analysis functions and experience with financial system such as SAP.
• Familiarity with BI tools such as Power BI or Tableau is a plus.
• Understanding in cost accounting and financial accounting
• Solid quantitative skills with attention to detail, comfortable working with large datasets.
• Ability to communicate findings clearly and work well within a team
• Enthusiasm for learning about corporate finance, budgeting and financial analysis with a growth mindset.
