Job Purpose:

To support the day-to-day operations of the car leasing business, ensuring efficient processing of lease contracts, vehicle documentation, customer service, and coordination with internal departments and external stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle end-to-end leasing documentation, including contract preparation, agreement signing, and renewals.
• Ensure all lease files are complete and compliant with company policies and legal standards.
• Coordinate with sales and finance teams for new lease activations.
• Provide timely updates to customers regarding vehicle availability, delivery timelines, and document requirements.
• Manage vehicle handover and return processes.
• Coordinate with fleet and logistics teams for vehicle delivery, registration, and maintenance scheduling.
• Ensure all contracts, insurance, registration, and tax documents are up to date.
• Assist in system data entry and updates for lease records and customer files.

Qualifications & Requirements:

• 2+ years of experience in leasing operations, fleet management, or automotive industry is preferred.
• Good understanding of vehicle leasing processes and documentation.
• Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook) and leasing management software (if applicable).
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Knowledge of local vehicle registration and leasing regulations is a plus.
