The Position: Operations Executive (Eldercare)

Responsibilities:

• Oversee and coordinate daily eldercare operations
• Handle escalated client and worker issues related to eldercare services, working closely with customer service and sales agents 
• Conduct regular checks to ensure care standards and SOPs are followed by frontline teams
• Resolve issues escalated by clients or workers
• Support the sales team by providing operational input for eldercare-specific quotations and proposals
• Ensure optimal manpower planning with HR to fulfill eldercare assignments and bookings
• Work with the Vertical Lead to improve workflows, ensure quality of care, and support business growth
• Other duties as assigned by the direct manager

Requirements:

• Prior experience in eldercare, nursing, or an eldercare operations role is preferred
• Fluent in spoken and written English
• Strong problem-solving abilities, especially in high-pressure situations
• Comfortable working under tight timelines
• Strong analytical thinking and attention to detail
• Willing to be contactable outside of office hours for urgent cases
