The role holder is responsible for preparing regular and on-demand reports for both internal and external stakeholders, ensuring accuracy, quality, and
completeness. The role holder is also responsible for assisting ad-hoc projects and additional duties assigned by the Treasurer and management from time
to time.

• Responsible for preparing regular and on-demand regulatory/ internal reports for related stakeholders.
• Verify the correctness of the data used in preparing reports and to meet the timeline for submission to related stakeholders.
• Liaise with internal and external parties to understand the nature of FX transactions and ensure to meet the regulatory requirements in report preparations.
• Prepare daily, weekly, monthly, quarterly, and yearly reports on the FX position.
• Effectively work and support internal business partners including the finance and audit teams.
• Provide information in connection with the external and internal audits.
• Ensure the appropriate record keeping of hardcopy and softcopy of all FX transactions as required.
• Maintain knowledge of industry regulations, guidelines, and best practices related to documentation & reporting with the compliance of Regulator.
• Support the day-to-day operations of the Treasury Dealing Desk, including document checking and filing related to FX transactions as per compliance requirements.
• Work under pressure with problem solving skills and ability to work effectively as part of team.
• Supervise the subordinates to ensure well-trained and accuracy of their work done.
• Contribute to develop team-spirit among peers, supervisors, and subordinates.
• Ad-hoc duties assigned by the Treasurer/ Management.

• Bachelor's degree in related field, such as finance, economics, and business degrees.
• Prior experience in related job role is preferred.
• Excellent communication skills required.
• Self-driven and goal oriented.
