The purpose of the role as Treasury FX Reporting Support is to support our Treasury team in preparing regular and on-demand reports for internal and external stakeholders. The successful candidate will assist in ensuring the accuracy, quality, and completeness of reports while also contributing to ad-hoc projects and additional duties assigned by the Treasurer and management as needed

• Assist in preparing regular and on-demand regulatory/internal reports for relevant stakeholders.
• Verify the correctness of data used in report preparation and ensure timely submission to stakeholders. 
• Liaise with internal and external parties to understand FX transactions and ensure regulatory compliance in report preparation.
• Assist in generating daily, weekly, monthly, quarterly, and yearly reports on FX positions. 
• Collaborate with internal business partners, including finance and audit teams, to support data analysis and reporting requirements. 
• Provide information for external and internal audits and maintain appropriate record-keeping of FX transactions. 
• Maintain knowledge of industry regulations, guidelines, and best practices related to documentation and reporting compliance. 
• Support day-to-day operations of the Treasury Dealing Desk, including document checking and filing related to FX transactions as per compliance requirements.
•  Work under pressure with problem-solving skills and effectively contribute to team dynamics. 
•  Contribute to the development of team spirit among peers, supervisors, and subordinates.

•  Bachelor's degree in related field, such as finance, economics, and business degrees.
•  Prior experience in related job roles is preferred. 
•  Excellent communication skills required.
