Job Description

A Big Opportunity for ...

Lead and manage Grand Royal Treasury Department. Responsible for the analysis, monitoring and planning of the 3 Business Units efficient utilization of cash. In charge of the control and supervision of all cash requirements by liaising with financial institutions.

Main Functions
-Understand, manage and supervise all aspects related to Company’s cash flows.
-Forecast daily, quarterly and yearly cash requirements and execute financing decisions.
-Review Company’s foreign exchange exposure and determine strategy to mitigate risk.
-Lead all treasury matters, inclusive of long term and short term hedging policy.
-Assessment of hedging performance and recommendation to investment changes in view of market conditions.
-Familiar with local Banking regulation and understanding of accounting and tax procedures.
-Manage relationship with financial service providers and banks.
-Conduct benchmark studies of banks and their services and evaluate their adequacy to Company’s business
-Evaluate long term borrowing strategy and make recommendation in accordance with capital structure.
-Manage, lead, coach and train Treasury department personnel.
-Support and participate in the Company’s strategic plans and activities.

Job Requirements

-Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting and Finance. Minimum 5-year experience in similar role.
-Extensive experience in preparing cash forecast and cash flow analysis.
-Hands on knowledge of hedging strategy. Familiar with forward contract.
-Great analytical skills. Ability to interact with various mix of employees (local and expatriates).
-Good at communicating and reporting to Management. Excellent command of English.
-Technical Competencies: good knowledge of ERP. Computer literate.
