Education

• Bachelor's degree in graphic design, Interaction Design, HCI, Computer Science, or related field.  

Experience 

• 3-5 years’ experience in UI & UX Design    

Language 

• Proficient communication skills in English, both written and verbal 

Skills 

• User-centered design principles, Design systems and style guides, Basic knowledge of accessibility standards (WCAG), Familiarity with Design Thinking and Lean UX methodologies.
• Proficiency in design tools: Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch, or similar, understanding typography, color theory, and visual hierarchy, Ability to design responsive interfaces for web and mobile platforms, Strong UI/UX design Skills, Excellent Communication and collaboration skills, Familiar with Agile development methodologies, Knowledge of design and pattern.
