To check oil, water, other parts of all vehicles every morning.
Arrange vehicles and drivers for operation and repair the vechicles if necessarly.
To check daily records of mileage (kilo) and arrange to issue required engine oil or diesel for all vehicles.
To check vehicles' license date and to make relevance government department .
To make record for all drivers' performance and assignment records.
To make preventive maintenance plan and report to management.
Meet cost, productivity, accuracy and timeliness targets
The method of compilation and the accuracy of all records, which must be kept for a period of not less than 15 months;
The making of arrangements to ensure that the vehicles are maintained properly, including the inspection of vehicles at the appropriate time and the action taken to remedy defects found.
Daily, Quarterly, Monthly report of vehicles and drivers status to Admin & HR manager and Management in timely manner.
Other duties as per the request of the Human Resource Manager and Factory Manager and other related management.
