The Role
We are seeking an experienced, visionary, and passionate Vice Principal to lead our school's daily operations and drive academic excellence. As the educational leader of Brightkidz123, you will play a pivotal role in shaping a positive school culture, supporting staff development, ensuring the delivery of a high-quality curriculum, and fostering strong relationships with parents and the community.
Key Responsibilities:
· Educational Leadership: Provide leadership in all aspects of teaching and learning. Oversee the implementation and quality control of our international early childhood curriculum, with a focus on our Multiple Intelligence (MI) and STEAM-based approach. Monitor teaching quality and children's learning outcomes.
· Operational Management: Oversee the day-to-day operations of the school, ensuring a safe, supportive, and well-organized learning environment. Manage school resources, budgets, and facilities.
· Staff Management & Development: Lead, mentor, and support teaching and support staff. Facilitate professional development sessions and conduct performance appraisals. Assist in the recruitment and training of new staff.
· Community & Parent Engagement: Build and maintain positive, trusting relationships with parents and the broader community. Collaborate with parents to support student development and foster a strong home-to-school partnership.
· Strategic Growth: Contribute to marketing and student retention strategies. Drive school growth by meeting enrolment targets. Act as a key liaison between the school and relevant authorities, ensuring compliance with ECCD, YCDC, and local regulations.
Working Hours:
· Monday – Friday: 8:00 AM – 4:00 PM
· Saturday: 8:00 AM – 12:00 PM
