Lead daily school management including administration, finance, and safety protocols.

Oversee and mentor teachers to deliver a holistic MI preschool curriculum.

Build trusted, lasting relationships with parents and key stakeholders.

πŸ“ˆ Growth
Execute strategic marketing and sales activities to meet enrolment targets.

βš–οΈ Compliance
Serve as the primary liaison with ECCD, YCDC, and local township authorities.

πŸ’° Finance
Oversee daily revenue reporting and manage the school budget effectively.

Job Requirements

PROFESSIONAL REQUIREMENTS

● Bachelor's Degree in Education or a related field
● Preferred ECCD Certificate (Social Welfare)
● Minimum 2 years of experience in preschool or school management
● Prior experience as Vice Principal or Academic Head is highly preferred
● Strong leadership, organizational, and multi-functional management abilities


⏰ SCHEDULE

Monday – Friday: 
8:00 AM – 4:00 PM
Saturday: 
8:00 AM – 12:00 PM
