Eligibility Criteria

Key Responsibilities
    •    Provide leadership and guidance in the implementation of the ELA (US) curriculum.
    •    Ensure alignment of teaching practices with academic standards and institutional goals.
    •    Support teachers through lesson planning assistance, professional development, and constructive classroom feedback.
    •    Foster strong and professional relationships with parents and the wider school community.
    •    Teach students across various grade levels as required.
    •    Collaborate with the academic team to strengthen literacy and language development across all grades.
    •    Demonstrate respect for Myanmar culture and values.
    •    Work collaboratively with local teachers and maintain a professional, team-oriented approach.
    •    Align with school management policies and strategic direction.
    •    Exhibit strong communication, leadership, and time management skills.
 

Qualifications and Experience
    •    A Master’s degree in English, Education, or a related field is preferred.
    •    Candidates holding a Bachelor’s degree with extensive experience in the education industry will also be considered.
    •    Strong knowledge of the US ELA curriculum and effective instructional strategies.
    •    Proven understanding of pedagogy, diverse teaching methodologies, and instructional delivery.
    •    Excellent communication skills, a positive professional attitude, and strong organizational ability.
    •    A minimum of five (5) years of experience in a teaching leadership or coordination role.
