-Handle all aspects of Visa and Immigration service, ensuring that process runs smoothly.
-Ensure that all of information provided by the client is accurate and correct, preparing and checking all legal documents.
-Must oversee the completion of all relevant visa and immigration documents and ensure that they are received within the time limit set by the government.
-Must interview all clients and deal with all applications face to face and by post to ensure that the client is suitable.
-Must be able to help the client to obtain Visas, Green Cards and other documentations required.
-Must take full responsibility of all immigration issues and operations, remaining up to with any changes to legislation.
-To prepare supporting letter for making visa.

Job Requirements

-Must have bachelor degree.
-Fluent in English and must be proficient in Microsoft office, Internet & Email and any other software related to visa officer.
-Must be strong knowledge in current immigration laws and visa policies.
-Must have strong ability to review and process visa applications.
-Experience not less than 3 years.
-Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
-Good in problem solving skill.
-Must be willing to work overtime when necessary
