  • Assist clients with visa application processes and related documentation.
  • Provide accurate information and guidance to customers regarding visa requirements and procedures.
  • Prepare and maintain necessary records, forms, and reports.
  • Communicate with clients professionally via phone, email, and in person.
  • Support the visa service team in handling inquiries and resolving client issues.
  • Ensure smooth workflow by coordinating with internal departments when necessary.
  • Deliver excellent customer service while upholding company policies and standards.

Job Requirements

  • Any graduate (University students are also encouraged to apply).
  • English proficiency at an intermediate level.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Good presentation, communication, and customer service skills.
  • Able to use websites and social media pages effectively.
  • Fresh graduates are welcome – on-the-job training will be provided.
