Job Description

An Excellent Opportunity for ...

  • Manage and supervise daily warehouse operations (receiving, storing, and dispatching goods)
  • Ensure inventory accuracy and maintain proper stock control
  • Monitor and record stock movements (inbound and outbound)
  • Optimize warehouse layout and space utilization
  • Implement and enforce safety procedures and compliance standards
  • Lead, train, and evaluate warehouse staff performance
  • Coordinate with logistics and delivery teams to ensure timely distribution
  • Minimize stock loss, damages, and discrepancies
  • Conduct regular stock counts (cycle count and full stock take)
  • Prepare and submit reports on inventory, stock movement, and variances

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field
  • Minimum 3–5 years of experience in warehouse management
  • Proficiency in inventory systems (ERP, WMS, Excel)
  • Strong leadership and team management skills
  • Good problem-solving and organizational abilities
  • Effective communication skills
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
