Job Responsibilities

• Oversee and manage daily warehouse operations, including receiving, storing, picking, and issuing materials.
• Ensure proper arrangement, storage, and handling of all warehouse materials and products.
• Monitor inventory levels and maintain accurate stock records.
• Conduct regular stock counts and reconcile physical stock with system records.
• Manage stock receiving and issuing procedures to minimize loss, damage, and discrepancies.
• Ensure warehouse cleanliness, safety, and proper storage standards are maintained.
• Supervise warehouse staff and assign daily tasks to ensure smooth operations.
• Coordinate with Purchasing, Sales, Delivery, and other departments regarding stock availability and material requirements.
• Prepare regular inventory and warehouse operation reports for management.
• Monitor slow-moving, damaged, and expired/obsolete items and take appropriate action.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, warehouse procedures, and safety regulations.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Business Administration, Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
• At least 3–5 years of experience in warehouse management or a similar supervisory role.
• Experience in construction materials, building materials, hardware, or a related industry is highly preferred.
• Strong knowledge of inventory control, stock management, and warehouse operations.
• Good leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office; experience with inventory/warehouse management systems is an advantage.
• Able to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks effectively.
• Candidates who are currently living in or near Amarapura, Mandalay are preferred.
