Position Overview:

The Warehouse Supervisor is responsible for supervising daily warehouse operations, ensuring accurate inventory control, coordinating receiving and dispatch activities, and maintaining an organized, safe, and efficient warehouse environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise daily warehouse operations, including receiving, storing, picking, packing, and dispatching goods.

• Ensure accurate inventory records and conduct regular stock counts.

• Monitor stock movements and investigate inventory discrepancies.

• Ensure proper storage, labeling, and arrangement of goods.

• Coordinate with purchasing, sales, logistics, and other relevant departments to ensure smooth warehouse operations.

• Supervise warehouse staff, assign daily tasks, and monitor team performance.

• Ensure timely and accurate order preparation and delivery.

• Monitor warehouse cleanliness, safety, and compliance with company procedures.

• Prepare regular warehouse, inventory, and stock movement reports.

• Identify opportunities to improve warehouse efficiency and inventory management.

• Perform other warehouse-related duties assigned by management.

• Bachelor's degree or relevant qualifications in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.

• Previous experience in warehouse operations, inventory control, or warehouse supervision.

• Good knowledge of warehouse procedures, stock management, and inventory control.

• Basic to intermediate Microsoft Excel skills.

• Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.

• Ability to supervise a team and work collaboratively with other departments.

• Honest, responsible, detail-oriented, and willing to work under operational deadlines.
