An Exciting Opportunity for ...

  • Prepare for receiving, warehousing, and distribution operations by initiating coordinating, and enforcing operational policies and procedures
  • Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local warehousing, material handling, and shipping requirements through the study of existing and new legislation, enforcing adherence to these requirements, and providing advice to management on necessary actions
  • Establish and monitor security procedures and protocols to safeguard warehouse operations and contents
  • Plan and implement new design layouts, inspect equipment, and issue work orders for repair and requisitions for replacement to maintain the physical condition of the warehouse.
  • Fulfill warehouse operational requirements by scheduling and assigning tasks to employees and following up on their work results

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree
  • Over 5 years experience in warehouse field
  • Must have Logistics & Supply Chain Management diploma or Business Management Diploma
  • Availability to work extended hours in accordance with job requirements Proficiency in overseeing safety procedures and implementing warehouse best practices
  • Capability to oversee the warehouse team and facilitate the recruitment of casual labor on a daily basis
  • Strong analytical skills for monitoring inventory, evaluating data, and generating reports
  • Demonstrated leadership skills and effective interpersonal communication abilities, with a proven for team management and development
  • Proficient in inventory control and labor management practices aptitude
