Job Description

A Great Opportunity for ...

  • Communication with the shipper and overseas partner.
  • Check the shipping lines' schedule, and upon receiving approval, please book and release the booking to the shipper.
  • Lead the customer service department.
  • Follows mandated company rules and regulations and deals with the customer accordingly.
  • Prepare BL/submitting VGM within the time frame.
  • Check all inbound receiving goods from production lines and other warehouse-transfers (items and quantities).
  • Work closely with operation team and manual labours for picking and packing activities
  • Daily order pick & packing arrangement, arrival & return stock * Daily checking actual ground stock, logistics system, warehouse procedure checking
  • Packing and Storage, Receiving Department Responsibility and Checking the stock
  • Receiving, moving, checking and storing incoming goods. Checking goods issuing, stock taking and stock maintaining

Job Requirements

  • At least a Master degree holder. 
  • 5 years of experience at least in logistics and shipping companies
  • Good at writing and speaking in English
  • Able to work well under pressure.
