Job Description:

  • Oversee daily warehouse operations based on plans from the Warehouse Manager.
  • Manage staff schedules, assign tasks, and resolve on-site issues.
  • Ensure accurate and timely receiving, storage, packing and dispatch of goods.
  • Conduct regular inventory checks and report discrepancies.
  • Maintain data accuracy in the Warehouse Management System (Odoo).
  • Train team members on system use and handle basic troubleshooting.
  • Coordinate with related departments for smooth operations.
  • Submit weekly and monthly reports on inventory and operations.

Job Requirements

Job Requirements:

  • 3+ years of warehouse experience, at least  1+ year in a supervisory role.
  • Familiar with inventory control and warehouse processes.
  • Strong leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
  • Experience in FMCG or distribution is a plus.
