Job Description

  • Know how to strategically manage warehouse in compliance with company’s policies and vision
  • Plan and oversee receiving, warehousing, distribution and maintenance operations
  • Know how to setup layout and ensure efficient space utilization
  • Plan, initiate, coordinate and enforce optimal operational policies and procedures Keep track and maintain standards of health and safety, hygiene and security
  • Monitor or manage stock control and reconcile with data storage system Coordinate with clients, suppliers and transport companies
  • Create products reports and statistics regularly (IN/OUT status report, dead stock report etc)

Job Requirements

  • 5 years of warehousing experience
  • Proficient in MS Office and excel spread sheets
  • Possess good written and verbal communication skills
  • Able to work independently as well as participate as a team member
