An Exciting Opportunity for ...

  1. Taking responsible for all warehouse and store operations.
  2. Planning and coordinating for all transportation and supply chain planning issue.
  3. Analyzing the requirements for transportation and warehouse planning.
  4. Solving all problems regarding warehouse and supply chain planning work.
  5. Monitoring and checking the monthly report of the related sections and suppliers.
  6. Improving the document system to be efficient.
  7. Reviewing the supplier's operations.
  8. Acknowledging about marketing and production plans in order to adjust the operation of the department to be consistent with marketing and production plans.
  9. Checking and signing on the purchase order documents.
  10. Signing on the bill of delivery.
  11. Reporting and providing suggestions about storage and transportation for the improvement.
  12. Taking responsible for ISO 9001, ISO 14001, OHSAS 18001, and GMP (Good Manufacturing Practice).
  13. Checking the document for annual leave and overtime work of staffs in the section.
  14. Any related tasks.

Job Requirements

  • Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Business Administration, Management or related fields. At least 3 years of warehouse or supply chain planning experiences.
  • Communicable in English
  • Proficiency in MS Office (MS Word, MS Excel and MS PowerPoint)
