Job Summary

The Cleaning Service Store Supervisor is responsible for managing, recording, distributing, and procuring cleaning equipment, chemicals, consumables, and staff uniforms to ensure smooth operations and prevent stockouts.

Key Responsibilities

-Store and organize all cleaning materials, equipment, and chemical solutions systematically and neatly by category.

Regularly monitor stock levels on a daily and weekly basis to prevent any shortage or stockouts.

-Accurately record and update all inbound and outbound inventory movements in spreadsheets and inventory software.

-Review and process requisition requests from cleaning teams and departments to issue supplies and chemicals on time.

-Manage the return of worn-out or damaged equipment and coordinate replacements.

-Request and procure new supplies within the assigned budget, assisting in price and quality comparisons.

-Inspect and verify the quality, quantity, and specifications of all incoming goods delivered to the store.

-Store chemical solutions and hazardous materials in compliance with safety standards.

● Bachelor’s degree or relevant diploma in Logistics, Supply Chain, or a related field preferred.
● Proven experience in warehouse operations or supervision, ideally in chemicals or industrial goods.
● Strong knowledge of inventory control, warehouse procedures, and dispatch coordination.
● Good leadership, communication, and team coordination skills.
● Able to work accurately under pressure and manage multiple daily priorities.
● Familiar with warehouse safety standards and basic reporting tools.
● Proficient in Microsoft Excel and related office applications.
● Must be based in or willing to work in Mayangone, Yangon.
