Job Description

A Good Opportunity for ..

Collect and monitor all registration data from 3S showroom and Mini 3S shop.
Do registration data entry in from 3S showroom and Mini 3S shop in PC program
Make monthly data registration report and send to manager
Receiving, review and monitoring of warranty claim data from 3S showroom and Mini 3S shop.
Monitor situation of approved, reject and reimbursement of warranty claim to 3S/Mini 3S
Make memo with spare part department for spare part reimbursement to dealer
Prepare warranty claim in PC and summit to ASH.
Monitor situation of approved, reject and pending warranty claim and follow up with ASH/HM.
Coordinate with accounting for warranty reimbursement amount information from ASH.
Conduct warranty claim training to 3S showroom and Mini 3S shop for improving.
Make monthly warranty claim report and send to manager.
Make monthly warranty claim report and send to manager.
Control service publication, document and other service materials.
Support and coordinate staff in service department with the related affairs.
Assist other staff if necessary
Perform other works as assigned from time to time by supervisor.

Job Requirements

Bachelor of Engineering (Mechanical, Mechatronics)
Minimum 3 years’ experience in warranty management, claims processing, or quality control
Possess good verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills, as well as good computer skills.
Ability to plan and priorities workloads, and delegate accordingly
Confident, self-motivated, innovative and capable to work under pressure.
Able to work collaboratively with other staff and departments
Able to work flexibly and in an organized manner.
