Key Responsibilities

• Record daily income and expenditure entries, prepare daily and weekly financial summaries, and manage inventory records for consignment products.

• Issue invoices, systematically record bank and cash transactions, and track and collect accounts receivable.

• Regularly inspect auto parts and equipment inventories, and perform monthly physical stock counts.

• Manage petty cash and perform daily and weekly reconciliations across cash, digital wallets, and bank accounts.

• Prepare and submit weekly and monthly reports covering sales, expenditures, and stock balances.

• Maintain vehicle service and repair records, and coordinate effectively with suppliers and customers.

Job Specifications

• Must hold LCCI Level 3, B.Com, ACCA Part 1, or a related degree.

• 2 to 4 years of accounting experience in auto repair workshops, retail, or warehouse operations.

• Prior experience in cash handling and inventory/stock control is preferred.

• Proficient in Microsoft Excel (capable of creating spreadsheets and using formulas such as SUM, IF, VLOOKUP, etc.).

• Proficient in using KBZPay, WavePay, Mobile Banking, and email platforms (Gmail/Outlook).
