Support the Agency Channel in understanding talent needs and fulfill the required headcount with the set skillset in a timely manner.
Develop a strong effective recruitment strategy and approach.
Lead and organize regular in-house recruitment events to source the potential talents, and participate in networking events, social media campaigns and career fairs.
Advise the leadership team on recruiting decisions, best practices, compensation, and future hiring planning.
Understand the implementation of industry-leading hiring practices. Oversee consistent compliance with established recruitment best practices and processes.
Align with the sales force and handle writing job descriptions for required positions, benchmarking, and candidate selection.
Oversee the work of the hiring team and manage their performance.
Provide feedback on their performance and act as a mentor to the team. Recruit, train, and develop new members of the team as required.
Oversee all the communication between the recruitment team and candidates.
Provide the candidates with the best possible experience by taking end-to-end responsibility for the hiring process and subsequent onboarding.
Oversee compliance with government and organizational recruiting policies and regulations related to diversity and inclusion.

လိုအပ္ေသာအရည္အခ်င္း

Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business Administration, or related field.
Minimum 5 years of recruitment experience, with at least 2 years in a managerial or team lead capacity.
Strong understanding of recruitment strategies, talent acquisition trends, and sourcing techniques.
Proven experience organizing large-scale hiring events and employer branding campaigns.
Excellent interpersonal, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
Demonstrated leadership and mentoring experience within a recruitment function.
Knowledge of employment law and diversity hiring policies.
Fluency in English and local language preferred.
