  • Support the Agency Channel in understanding talent needs and fulfill the required headcount with the set skillset in a timely manner.
  • Develop a strong effective recruitment strategy and approach.
  • Lead and organize regular in-house recruitment events to source the potential talents, and participate in networking events, social media campaigns and career fairs.
  • Advise the leadership team on recruiting decisions, best practices, compensation, and future hiring planning.
  • Understand the implementation of industry-leading hiring practices. Oversee consistent compliance with established recruitment best practices and processes.
  • Align with the sales force and handle writing job descriptions for required positions, benchmarking, and candidate selection.
  • Oversee the work of the hiring team and manage their performance.
  • Provide feedback on their performance and act as a mentor to the team. Recruit, train, and develop new members of the team as required.
  • Oversee all the communication between the recruitment team and candidates.
  • Provide the candidates with the best possible experience by taking end-to-end responsibility for the hiring process and subsequent onboarding.
  • Oversee compliance with government and organizational recruiting policies and regulations related to diversity and inclusion.

လိုအပ္ေသာအရည္အခ်င္း

  • Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Minimum 5 years of recruitment experience, with at least 2 years in a managerial or team lead capacity.
  • Strong understanding of recruitment strategies, talent acquisition trends, and sourcing techniques.
  • Proven experience organizing large-scale hiring events and employer branding campaigns.
  • Excellent interpersonal, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
  • Demonstrated leadership and mentoring experience within a recruitment function.
  • Knowledge of employment law and diversity hiring policies.
  • Fluency in English and local language preferred.
